19 Emergencies to which Part applies
This Part applies to—
(a)
an emergency referred to in section 8 (1) (a), (b) or (c) relating to a flood, storm or tsunami, or
(b)
an emergency referred to in section 8 (1) (d) which the State Emergency Operations Controller has directed the Commissioner to deal with.
