2 Superseded references
In any other Act, or in any instrument made under any Act or in any other instrument of any kind—
(a)
a reference to State Emergency Services and Civil Defence is to be read as a reference to the State Emergency Service, and
(b)
a reference to the Director or other officer or member of State Emergency Services and Civil Defence is to be read as a reference to the Director-General or other officer or member of the State Emergency Service.
