9 Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and other staff
(1)
A Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and such other staff as may be necessary for the purposes of this Act are to be employed under Part 4 of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to members of SES units.
(3)
The Commissioner may arrange for the use of the services of any staff (by secondment or otherwise) or facilities of a Public Service agency or a public or local authority.
(4)
For the purposes of this Act, a person whose services are made use of under this section is a member of the staff of the State Emergency Service.
