A transport system comprising the following—
(a)
a motorway from Russell Street, Emu Plains to the new widened motorway at Parramatta,
(b)
the new widened motorway at Parramatta to Homebush (changed from 3 to 4 lanes in each direction),
(c)
a 6.5km (of which 5.5km is underground) motorway connecting the new widened motorway at Homebush with connections to the M4–M5 link.
