2.85 Definitions
In this Division—
prescribed zone means any of the following land use zones or a land use zone that is equivalent to any of those zones—
E2 Commercial Centre,
E3 Productivity Support,
MU1 Mixed Use,
B3 Commercial Core,
B4 Mixed Use,
B5 Business Development,
B6 Enterprise Corridor,
B7 Business Park,
B8 Metropolitan Centre,
SP1 Special Activities,
SP2 Infrastructure,
Zone SP4 Enterprise under the following local environmental plans—
Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013,
Central Coast Local Environmental Plan 2022,
Penrith Local Environmental Plan 2010,
Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014,
Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2011,
Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015,
The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2019,
Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011,
SP5 Metropolitan Centre.
public administration building has the same meaning as it has in the Standard Instrument.
Note.
The Standard Instrument defines public administration building as follows—
public administration building means a building used as offices or for administrative or other like purposes by the Crown, a statutory body, a council or an organisation established for public purposes, and includes a courthouse or a police station.
