2.93 Development permitted without consent—particular rail infrastructure facilities
Development for the purpose of any of the following railways or railway projects as described in Schedule 2 may be carried out by or on behalf of a public authority without consent on any land—
(a)
the Sydney Airport Rail Link,
(b)
the Parramatta Rail Link,
(c)
the Southern Sydney Freight Line,
(d)
the Rail Clearways Program.
