5.21 Additional permitted uses
(1)
Despite any other provision of this Chapter, development for the purposes of business premises or office premises may be carried out with development consent on land shown hatched on the Additional Permitted Uses Map or on land within a Lease Area.
(2)
Despite any other provision of this Chapter, development for the purposes of vehicle sales or hire premises may be carried out with development consent on land within a Lease Area.
