6.3 Relationship with other environmental planning instruments

This Chapter prevails to the extent of any inconsistency between this Chapter and State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008.
(2)
This Chapter does not restrict or prohibit the carrying out of development on land to which this Chapter applies that is permitted to be carried out with or without development consent, or that is exempt or complying development, under—
(a)
Chapter 2, or
(b)
another environmental planning instrument.
