119 Resumption by authority bound by Act
(1)
Despite section 8 of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991, a resumption of land to which this Part and that Act apply must comply with this Part and that Act.
(2)
A resumption of land to which this Part applies and to which Part 12 of the Roads Act 1993 applies must comply with this Part and that Part.
(3)
If there is an inconsistency between this Part and an Act referred to in subsection (1) or (2), this Part prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
