193 Certain lots not rateable
(1)
This section applies if, for the purpose of effecting a resumption referred to in Part 7—
(a)
a strata plan of subdivision has been registered, or
(b)
a plan has been registered under the Conveyancing Act 1919.
(2)
Unless the resumption has been effected, a rate may not be made or levied on a lot in the strata plan of subdivision or in the registered plan.
(3)
This section does not prevent a rate from being made or levied on land of which a lot referred to in subsection (2) forms part.
