65 Notice of decision
A local council or registered certifier must give notice of the council’s or certifier’s decision on an application for a strata certificate to the applicant.
If a local council refuses to issue a strata certificate, the notice must state—
the grounds of refusal, and
that the applicant may appeal to the court against the refusal, and
the period within which the appeal may be made.
If a local council issues a strata certificate subject to a restrictive use condition, the notice must state—
that the applicant may appeal to the court against the imposition of the condition, and
the period within which the appeal may be made.
If a registered certifier refuses to issue a strata certificate, the notice must state the grounds of refusal.
