77 Concept plan
A concept plan for a strata development contract must separately illustrate, in the way approved by the Registrar-General—
(a)
the sites proposed for, and the nature of, the buildings and works that would result from the carrying out of all permitted development under the contract, and
(b)
the sites proposed for, and the nature of, the buildings and works that would result from the carrying out of all warranted development.
