17H Disclosure by potential building managers—the Act, s 71(2)(e)
A person must give written notice to an owners corporation for a strata scheme if—
(a)
the owners corporation is considering a building manager agreement under which the person may be appointed as the building manager, and
(b)
the person may receive a benefit in relation to the fees charged under the agreement.
