21 Hearing an application for an order
In considering an application for an order under section 18, the Court—
(a)
may have regard to any information given to the Court in support of the application under section 19, and
(b)
may inform itself of any other matter in any manner it sees fit, and
(c)
is not bound by the rules of evidence.
