7 Public Sector Executives Superannuation Board
(1)
A person who, immediately before the repeal of Part 2 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989 by this Act, held office as a member of the PSES Board—
(a)
ceases to hold that office, and
(b)
is eligible (if otherwise qualified) to be appointed as a member of the FTC Board or the STC Board under this Act.
(2)
A person who so ceases to hold office is not entitled to any remuneration or compensation because of the loss of that office.
