30A The Register of Swimming Pools
(1)
There is to be a Register of Swimming Pools.
(2)
The Secretary is responsible for the keeping and administration of the Register.
(3)
The regulations may make provision for the manner and form in which the Register is to be kept, the information that is to be entered on the Register, the fees (if any) payable for entering information on the Register and any other matter concerning the keeping and administration of the Register.
