6 Exemptions
(1)
An exemption granted under section 14 of the repealed Act is taken to be an exemption granted under section 22 of this Act.
(2)
A decision refusing to grant an exemption under section 14 of the repealed Act is taken to be a decision refusing to grant an exemption under section 22 of this Act.
(3)
A decision to impose a condition on an exemption under section 14 of the repealed Act is taken to be a decision to impose a condition on an exemption under section 22 of this Act.
