CurrentLand vested in the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council, a Regional Aboriginal Land Council or a Local Aboriginal Land Council constituted under the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983, being land which is declared under Division 5 of Part 2 of that Act to be exempt from the payment of rates under this Act.
