23 Board of directors of Company
The person holding office as chairman of the board of the Company immediately before the commencement of this clause is taken to have been appointed as Chairperson of the board of the Corporation.
The persons holding office as directors of the board of the Company immediately before the commencement of this clause as selected by the voting shareholders for their relevant expertise are taken to have been appointed as directors under section 5A (1) (b).
The person holding office as a director of the board of the Company immediately before the commencement of this clause as selected by a selection committee is taken to have been appointed as a director under section 5A (1) (b).
