35 Corporation to enter into memoranda of understanding
(1)
The Corporation is to enter into a separate memorandum of understanding with each of the regulatory agencies.
(2)
Subject to section 36, the Corporation is to enter into the memoranda of understanding as soon as practicable after it is granted an operating licence.
(3)
If the Corporation and a regulatory agency are not able to agree on a term of a memorandum of understanding, the view of the regulatory agency is to prevail.
