26E Cancelling or suspending a visiting tattooist permit
(1)
The Commissioner may decide, on the Commissioner’s own initiative, to cancel or suspend a visiting tattooist permit.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the Commissioner may decide to cancel or suspend a visiting tattooist permit as a result of a determination of a matter referred to in section 19.
