Appointment of retired officers

In force

(1)

The Secretary may appoint an officer who has been retired from the Teaching Service or whose services have been dispensed with under section 72 to a vacant position in the Teaching Service.

(2)

An appointment under this section may be made without examination or probation.

(3)

(Repealed)
