21A Members of staff not to undertake other paid work without permission
(1)
A member of staff is not to undertake any other paid work without the permission of the TAFE Commission.
(2)
The TAFE Commission may prepare guidelines with respect to the type of work that constitutes paid work for the purposes of this section.
(3)
Any such guidelines must be made available to members of staff in such manner as the TAFE Commission thinks appropriate.
(4)
This section does not apply to a member of staff employed on a casual basis.
