6 Board of studies or advisory committees
(1)
A board of studies or advisory committee established under the Technical and Further Education Regulation 1975 is not abolished because of the repeal of that Regulation.
(2)
Any such board or committee may (subject to any regulation under this Act or determination of the TAFE Commission) continue to operate in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Technical and Further Education Regulation 1975 in force immediately before the repeal of that Regulation.
