4 Statutory Trustees
A person who was a Statutory Trustee of a Fund immediately before the commencement of the amending Act continues to be a Statutory Trustee of the Fund, subject to this Act, and is taken to have been appointed as a Statutory Trustee by order under section 4, as substituted by the amending Act.
