6A Holder of specified office changes
(1)
On the day on which a person ceases to hold an office specified in an order made under section 4 or 6, the person ceases to be a Statutory Trustee of the Fund to which the order relates.
(2)
On the day on which a person assumes an office specified in an order made under section 4 or 6, the person is taken to have been duly appointed as a Statutory Trustee of the Fund to which the order relates.
(3)
That Fund vests, without any conveyance or other assurance, in that person and the other Statutory Trustees of that Fund as joint tenants.
