19 Change in eligibility criteria for nominated members
(1)
Section 7(1)(b1) and (b2) (as inserted by the AJC Principal Club Amendment Act 1997) apply only to nominations of members of the Board that are made on or after the commencement of those provisions.
(2)
A member of the Board who holds office under a nomination made before the commencement of section 7(1)(b1) or (b2) does not cease to hold office by reason of becoming a person who is not eligible to be a member because of those provisions.
