34 Appeals
(1)
Section 42(1A), as inserted by the amending Act, does not apply in respect of decisions referred to in that subsection that were made before the commencement of that subsection.
(2)
This Act continues to apply in respect of an appeal made to the Appeal Panel before the commencement of an amendment made by the amending Act as if the amendment had not been enacted.
