Civil Liability Act 2002, Part 4 and EPA Act, section 6.20 not to apply

Current

(1)

The Civil Liability Act 2002, Part 4 and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, section 6.20 do not apply to a building action or subdivision action that concerns building work or subdivision work carried out for or in connection with the Parramatta Rail Link.

(2)

Expressions used in this section have the meanings given by the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, section 6.19.
