15 Regulations concerning land and rail infrastructure facilities
The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the following—
the obligations of infrastructure owners, building owners and railway land owners to enter into a memorandum of understanding with other owners concerning the management of railway land or railway buildings or rail infrastructure facilities on or in which rail infrastructure facilities or railway buildings owned by other owners are situated,
requirements to be observed between infrastructure owners, building owners and railway land owners with respect to access by infrastructure owners and building owners to railway land and management of that access,
the use of rail infrastructure facilities or railway buildings vested in or owned by an owner,
the protection and preservation of rail infrastructure facilities or railway buildings.
