151 Transport safety investigators
(1)
A member of staff who is transferred under clause 150 and who, immediately before the transfer was an authorised officer within the meaning of the Rail Safety Act 2002 or the Passenger Transport Act 1990, is taken to be a person to whom the Chief Investigator has delegated his functions under section 67A of the Rail Safety Act 2002 or section 46BB of the Passenger Transport Act 1990.
(2)
This clause does not prevent the variation or revocation of any such delegation.
