191 Independent Transport Safety Advisory Board
(1)
The Independent Transport Safety Advisory Board is abolished.
(2)
A person who, immediately before the commencement of this clause, held office as a member of the Board—
(a)
ceases to hold that office, and
(b)
is not entitled to any remuneration or compensation because of the loss of that office.
