1A Employment of Chief Executives
(1)
A Chief Executive is to be employed in the Transport Service under Part 7A of this Act.
(2)
A Chief Executive holding office immediately before the substitution of this clause by the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 is, on that substitution, taken to be employed in the Transport Service on the same terms and conditions as applied to the Chief Executive immediately before that substitution.
