20 Constitution of STA
(1)
There is constituted by this Act a corporation with the corporate name of the State Transit Authority of New South Wales.
(2)
The State Transit Authority—
(a)
has the functions conferred or imposed on it by or under this or any other Act, and
(b)
is, for the purposes of any Act, a statutory body representing the Crown.
(3)
(Repealed)
