210 Savings and transitional regulations
(1)
The provisions of any regulation made under Part 1 of this Schedule consequent on the enactment of the amending Act have effect despite anything to the contrary in this Part.
(2)
The regulations made under Part 1 of this Schedule consequent on the enactment of the amending Act may make separate savings and transitional provisions or amend this Part to consolidate the savings and transitional provisions.
