242 TAM’s first annual report
(1)
Section 14 does not apply to TAM’s first annual report,
(2)
However, TAM’s first annual report must specify details of the following that occurred during the period concerned—
(a)
a sale or other disposal of land vested in or owned by TAM,
(b)
a lease of that land of more than 5 years duration, and
