38 Constitution of Sydney Metro

There is constituted by this Act a corporation with the corporate name of Sydney Metro.
(2)
Sydney Metro is a NSW Government agency.
Note.
Section 3B(1A) provides that Sydney Metro is, in the exercise of its functions, subject to the control and direction of the Minister.
