38G Functions of Sydney Metro Board
(1)
The Sydney Metro Board has the following functions—
(a)
to determine the policies of Sydney Metro and give directions to the Chief Executive of Sydney Metro in relation to the functions and activities of Sydney Metro,
(b)
to exercise employer functions in relation to the Chief Executive of Sydney Metro,
(c)
such other functions as are conferred or imposed on it by this Act or any other law.
(2)
In exercising these functions, the Sydney Metro Board is, as far as practicable, to ensure that the activities of Sydney Metro are carried out properly and efficiently.
