38N Roads authority consent not required for certain work by Sydney Metro
(1)
Section 138 of the Roads Act 1993 does not apply to anything done by Sydney Metro, for the purposes of exercising its functions under this Act, in relation to a classified road (within the meaning of that Act) for which a council is the roads authority.
(2)
However, Sydney Metro must not do anything referred to in section 138(1) of that Act in relation to any such road except with the consent of TfNSW.
