On and from the commencement of this clause—
(a)
a reference to the State Rail Authority in the Railway Construction (Maldon to Port Kembla) Act 1983 (except in section 2(2)) is to be read as a reference to RAC, and
(b)
a reference to the State Rail Authority is to be read as a reference to RAC.
