68A No payment out on transfer or dual benefits
A person who is transferred under this Division—
(a)
is not entitled to receive any payment or other benefit merely because the person ceases to be a member of staff of the transport authority from which the person is transferred, and
(b)
is not entitled to elect, because of the transfer, to be paid the money value of any extended or annual leave that the person accrued as a member of staff of the transport authority from which the person is transferred, and
(c)
is not entitled to claim, under this or any other Act, dual benefits of the same kind for the same period of service.
