76 Payment of dividend to Treasurer
(1)
The State Transit Authority shall pay to the Treasurer, out of any surplus for a financial year, such dividend as the Minister determines.
(2)
The Minister shall not make a determination under this section unless—
(a)
the Minister has had regard to the advice of the State Transit Authority on the financial affairs of the Authority and any recommendation with respect to the determination, and
(b)
the Treasurer approves of the determination.
