Part 6Provisions consequent on enactment of Road Transport Legislation Amendment Act 1999
77 Definitions
(1)
In this Part—
amending Act means the Road Transport Legislation Amendment Act 1999.
repealed Act means the Traffic Act 1909 as in force immediately before its repeal by the amending Act.
(2)
For the purposes of this Part, a provision of this Act corresponds to a provision of the repealed Act if the provision is in the same (or in substantially the same) terms as the provision in the repealed Act.
