Division 3ADFinancial provisions relating to NSW Motorways
80FL Payments from NSW Motorways Fund
The following must be paid from the NSW Motorways Fund—
(a)
all payments made on account of NSW Motorways or otherwise required to meet expenditure incurred in relation to the functions of NSW Motorways,
(a1)
all payments for toll relief schemes administered by NSW Motorways,
(b)
all other payments required by or under this Act or another Act to be paid from the Fund.
