Meaning of “unexplained wealth”

(1)

For the purposes of section 4 (1) (c), unexplained wealth means property or wealth that might not have been lawfully acquired.

(2)

For the purposes of subsection (1) and section 4 (2) (b), the meaning of lawfully acquired, property and wealth includes, but is not limited to, the meaning of those terms in the pre-assent version of the Commonwealth Proceeds of Crime Act.
