20.4 Appointments by mediator

Within 7 days after being notified that a matter has been referred for mediation, the mediator to whom the matter is referred must appoint a time for the mediation and notify the parties, in writing, of the time appointed.
(2)
The mediator may also appoint a time for a preliminary meeting of the parties.
