Proceedings to be commenced or carried on by tutor

(1)

A person under legal incapacity may not commence or carry on proceedings except by his or her tutor.

(2)

Unless the court orders otherwise, the tutor of a person under legal incapacity may not commence or carry on proceedings except by a solicitor.
