33 Commissioner of Victims Rights
On the commencement of this clause—
(a)
the person who, immediately before the commencement, was the Commissioner of Victims Rights under the Victims Rights and Support Act 2013 becomes the Scheme Executive under the Victims Support Act 2013, or
(b)
if the office of Commissioner of Victims Rights under the Victims Rights and Support Act 2013 was vacant immediately before the commencement and a person was acting in the office—the person acting in the office becomes the acting Scheme Executive under the Victims Support Act 2013.
