128 Application of Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1996
(1)
The provisions of the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966, Part 5, Divisions 2–4 (the applied provisions) apply, for the purposes of the enforcement of this Act, with—
(a)
the modifications prescribed by the regulations, and
(b)
other necessary modifications.
(2)
A definition in the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966 of a term used in the applied provisions also applies for the purposes of the application of the provisions under subsection (1).
