(1)
At a meeting of the Board, each member of the Board present has a deliberative vote unless section 159 prevents the member from voting.
(2)
In the case of an equality of votes, the member of the Board presiding has a casting vote in addition to a deliberative vote.
(3)
A question is resolved by a majority of the votes cast.
